Trouble getting up in the morning? The "Flying Alarm Clock" will do the trick to make sure you get up. When the alarm sounds, the propeller is launched from the top of the clock and flies in and around the room. To turn off the alarm, you'll have to get up, find it and return it to the base of the ckock.

The propeller spins around and then flies nowhere. I feel like I've totally been duped. This thing doesn't work at all. It's just like a normal alarm clock. Do not buy this item.

I used to have one of these clocks, but it was a litle different- there was a siren noise instead of a plane taking off, and it was easier to set up. I dropped it by accident one day and so I ordered a new one, but they've replaced it with something else.
The thing worked fine for 3 or 4 days, but now all of a sudden it just makes this inept clicking noise and the propeller won't launch. The demo makes the noise fine, but the motor is broken- and I haven't even moved it since I first set it up! There's no way I could've broken this thing!
The company is some group called Princess International which is based in Hong Kong and doesn't offer a warranty. What a shocker. I just wish they'd bring the old one back.
