This was an easy to install item. It is attached to the shed across from my house and the light is angled toward my side door. All I have to do is begin to open the door and the light turns on. In the dark of night, the light is more than sufficiently bright. It has been great to let the dog out and allow her to move about and she triggers the light and comes to the door. I would really recommend this clean and green lighting resource.
Update three months later: Working flawlessly, even in the shorter days of autumn. Bright, does the job, easy for me to hook and unhook the dog leashes from their collars at night. If I had the need, I would get another one of these, for sure. |

| I bought this unit to replace one that became water damaged. The HEATH unit was comparable to this one. This unit however was cheaper and so easy to install. I just put it up and it worked "brilliantly". Quick and simple, this nice sealed unit may not have the option to buy the standard rechargeable "AA" batteries but for $33 dollars and the plug an play feature I'm sold. This unit responds well and the lighting is better than the other , an stays lit for about 3 minutes. Perfect for the stairwell on our deck. |

| The product arrived very quickly. Actually much quicker than I had anticipated. I put the solar panel in a good place to get lots of sun then set the light up to illuminate my back patio everytime my cat wanted in the house. Worked like a charm. |

| This is a great lamp setup for a very small device. The light does the job very well. The only drawback is that it is a little "soft" on the mechanism to adjust the position of the light / panel. |
